  Location, location, location! Francesco’s place is perfectly located for walking to all restaurants and sights to see in Siena. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed. Pots and... read more pans, dishes, spices etc., and even extra blankets. I cannot recommend this place enough. The only thing to keep in mind, is that the unit is 4 flights up (the bottom floor is 0) but it helped burn the calories from all the amazing restaurants and gelato. Francesco was the perfect host. Helping us to understand the parking situation, checking in on us during our stay and even making dinner reservations for us. We’ll definitely stay again when we make it back to Siena. Thank you Francesco!

It's really... read more central, but surprisingly quiet with fantastic views over the Tuscan hills from the master bedroom. It has a gorgeous terrace and sitting there to read a book on Sunday morning, while hearing the local church bells was just bliss.
The kitchen is very well equipped (great knives and pans) to make your own meals, but there are some great restaurants locally too. We loved the bakery on the corner of our street. Perfect size for our family with two teenagers.
Francesco & Leo are great hosts who responded to all are enquiries quickly. We highly recommend this lovely apartment.

It is close enough to the... read more Piazza del Campo to make everything easily accessible, while being just far enough out that you don’t feel like you’re drowning in tourism. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and the terrace was a wonderful spot to dine al fresco. Francesco was very responsive and even helped us to make dinner reservations. On our last morning we allowed for an hour for a 5 min cab ride to the Flixbus and that was a good thing. First the cab phone was busy forever and so we walked into town to the station where there was a taxi but no driver. Antoinette showed up like a guardian angel and drove us to the bus stop with no time to spare. We were so lucky that she and Francesco are such good people and genuine caring hosts. If I could give them higher than 5 stars I would.

We LOVED Sienna and this home. Sienna is just beautiful. Very walkable and this place is very convenient to everything. Just walking around and taking unknown side streets amd greeting everyone, it was fantastic. The home was very comfortable and the outside patio was perfect for a drink after all the exercise!

Für uns persönlich war es schwierig, da wir sehr viel Gepäck durch eine lange Reise haben und man nicht in der Innenstadt parken kann plus die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist.
