  Location, location, location! Francesco’s place is perfectly located for walking to all restaurants and sights to see in Siena. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed. The only thing to keep in mind, is that the unit is 4 flights up (the bottom floor is 0) but it helped burn the calories from all the amazing restaurants and gelato. Francesco was the perfect host. Helping us to understand the parking situation, checking in on us during our stay and even making dinner reservations for us. We’ll definitely stay again when we make it back to Siena. He mentioned that they’ve also stayed in a lot of apartment rentals and have applied what they’ve learned to this space - and it really shows! Very thoughtfully equipped. The terrace was already a win, but the master bedroom also has beautiful views of the countryside in the distance (that are difficult to capture in photos). Francesco was very helpful with local recommendations, even helping me make reservations for dinner. I can’t think of a better home away from home.

He made reservations for us at the restaurants we wanted to go to as well. We even called him late one day because we thought we were going to be eating in another city but then decided to come back to Siena to eat and he called all over the city until he found a place for us! If we had a question, he immediately responded back. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with him and how friendly and accommodating he was. His place was just perfect! Everything was clean and neat when we came in. The view of the distant countryside was so great. You do have to walk up some flights of stairs because it is at the top but you will not regret doing so at all!

Für uns persönlich war es schwierig, da wir sehr viel Gepäck durch eine lange Reise haben und man nicht in der Innenstadt parken kann plus die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist. It's really... read more central, but surprisingly quiet with fantastic views over the Tuscan hills from the master bedroom. It has a gorgeous terrace and sitting there to read a book on Sunday morning, while hearing the local church bells was just bliss.
The kitchen is very well equipped (great knives and pans) to make your own meals, but there are some great restaurants locally too. We loved the bakery on the corner of our street. Perfect size for our family with two teenagers.
Francesco & Leo are great hosts who responded to all are enquiries quickly. We highly recommend this lovely apartment.

... read more /> Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen (auch mit Kindern).

Die Kommunikation mit Francesco hat super geklappt und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Check-In verlief schnell und problemlos.

We LOVED Sienna and this home. Sienna is just beautiful. Very walkable and this place is very convenient to everything. Just walking around and taking unknown side streets amd greeting everyone, it was fantastic. The home was very comfortable and the outside patio was perfect for a drink after all the exercise!
You will get your exercise in Sienna as well as the steps to the apartment, but that's all listed and in the description. We would %100 stay here again!

It was a quiet part of town but only minutes from the center. Wish we could have stayed longer!
