I don't think a review can actually convey... read more how fantastic they were - helpful information on when and how to arrive...recommending and booking (wonderful) restaurants...meeting us for the first evening trial to explain everything about the Palio...helping us get tickets for a Contrada dinner...I could go on and on! The race itself was cancelled on our last day due to the rain, but, by that stage, it didn't even matter, as we had experienced so much of what Siena is at this very special time, thanks to them. This isn't just a great apartment in a great location - it's an opportunity to really see what an amazing place Siena is.

There is a bakery and small supermarket within 5 minutes walk and many good bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Francesco kept in touch and helped immediately where required.
